Is it possible to unsubscribe from the recommendation request emails?

The initial email stated:
> To make it easy for you to help others, you were subscribed
> automatically to a list of keywords (1) related to your packages.

The requests I receive also seem to be unrelated to the classes I have listed.

Is there a way to edit the keywords or unsubscribe entirely?

I have all these options that are already unticked:
* Automatically update subscribed keywords for package recommendations
* Notify featured recommendation requests
* Notify recommendation requests about subscribed keywords

There is also no way to subscribe, unsubscribe, or edit on the recommendations page themselves.

The option seems to be missing from

You will get a notification message when a new recommendation with those keywords is requested.

There was a mistake. In the beginning these notifications were meant to go just to beta testers.

Then it was opened to more authors but the query to pick the recipients was not correct, so it picked also authors that did not want to receive further author notices.

The site also started sending notifications for featured requests, which are unrelated to subscribed keywords, as these are about unanswered recommendation requests, so authors may submit new innovative packages for the users needs.

Anyway, the notifications queries should be fixed now, so the options values in the options page should be honored correctly.

If you still receive notifications that you think you shouldn't, just send a message to info at phpclasses.org so we can investigate if it is still a bug or a misunderstanding.

Anyway, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience of receiving unintended notifications.
