Hello,
new to this site so forgive me if I'm just getting it wrong
but every time I try to download a class I get the HTML page instead
It says I'm downloading a zip file but that's not what I wind up with.
I did register so can someone inform me of the right procedure in this
matter?
respectfully,
Mark E. Hubrouck

What appears in that HTML page that you download?

Could you be using a separate application or browser add-on to download the packages?

In that case you may want to try to avoid it, as it may be sending the logged user session cookies and it gets the page you would see if you were not logged.

hello,
Thanks for the quick reply! I'm getting the html page I was on
when I clicked on the download link.I'm using Free Download Manager
for downloading so maybe that's the problem although I've never
had any trouble with that before.Have you had problems with FDM
in the past?
Thanks again,
Mark E. Hubrouck

If the downloader program is not well integrated in the browser it will not be able to pass the session cookies and the site will not recognize that is you downloading the file.

Try disabling the downloader program and download it using your browser download facilities. If it works, the downloader is the problem.

Hi Manuel,
As you suspected, it was the downloader. All is well now
and I thank you for your patience with me on this matter.
I plan to learn alot from this site and hopefully contribute
some too.

You're welcome. Good to know that you sorted the problem.

Feel free to submit any interesting packages that you developed.
